a = 1, b = 9 => (1 + 9) / 2*1*9 = 10/18 = 0.56…greatest value
a = 4, b = 9 => (4 + 9) / 2*4*9 = 13/72 = 0.181
a = 1, b = 10 => (1 + 10) / 2*1*10 = 11/20 = 0.55
a = 4, b = 10 => (4 + 10) / 2*4*10 = 14/80 = 0.175
